Cross-roller bearings are a special type of bearing with a split inner ring and a rotating outer ring. Due to its special structure, cross-roller bearings are suitable for joints or rotating parts of industrial robots. They can withstand radial, axial and torque loads, and have high rotation positioning accuracy and excellent rotation accuracy.
1. Excellent rotation accuracy: The internal structure of the cross-roller bearing adopts rollers arranged perpendicularly at 90° to each other (this is also the origin of the name of the cross-roller bearing). Spacers or isolation blocks are installed between the rollers to prevent the rollers from tilting or rubbing against each other, effectively preventing the increase of rotation torque. This cross cylindrical roller bearing has been included in Kuaiyiyou. In addition, there will be no one-sided contact or locking of the rollers. At the same time, because the inner and outer rings of the standard cross-roller bearing are split structures, the gap can be adjusted, and high-precision rotation motion can be obtained even if pre-pressure is applied.
2. Simplified operation and installation: The standard cross roller bearing is divided into two parts of the outer ring or inner ring. After the roller and the retainer are installed, they are fixed together. During installation, the ideal load state can be achieved by fine-tuning the connecting bolts and the fixing flange, so the installation operation is very simple.
3. Bearing large axial and radial loads: Because the rollers are arranged perpendicular to each other on the 90° V-groove rolling surface through the spacer retainer, this design allows the cross roller bearing to withstand large radial loads, axial loads, torque loads and other loads in all directions.
4. Greatly save installation space: The inner and outer ring sizes of the cross roller bearing are minimized, especially the ultra-thin structure is close to the limit of small size, and has high rigidity, so it is most suitable for a wide range of uses such as the joints or rotating parts of industrial robots, the rotary table of the machining center, the rotating part of the robot, the precision rotary table, medical equipment, measuring instruments, IC manufacturing equipment, etc.
